Alaska Building Inspections is not associated with or beholding to any. Many realtors use only the inspectors most friendly to their needs. ABI is interested only in serving your needs as the home buying public.

ABI is an independent company, not affiliated with any realtors, sellers, builders or home inspection franchises. Franchise costs demand a high volume of inspections and minimum on site inspector time. ABI works only with select, quality realtors.

Reams of data without conclusive findings are of little use in helping you make your buying decision. All ABI inspections provide a comprehensive written analysis of the property divided into 16 individual systems.

A hand written summary letter helps assist you in making your property buying decision. Reports also include from 12 to 36 large digital pictures to make clear to all the parties the true condition of each element of the home.
