Residential Inspections Include

- Plumbing system- including all fixtures, water supply, drain water piping and water heating equipment.
- Heating systems- including condition of the heating appliances and other heating system components, and also safe operation of fireplaces.
- Electrical systems- main electrical service, panel, visible wiring and electrical fixtures.
- All visible and accessible interior surfaces and conditions are inspected including garage area, fire safety issues, ceiling, wall and floor condition, garage doors, tracks, controls and openers with special attention to safe operation and use.
- Kitchen condition and the safe operation and condition of appliances, cabinets, countertops, floors and ceiling & wall surfaces.
- The condition of all bathroom elements, fixtures, finishes and cabinetry along with proper operation and condition of the plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinets, countertops, floors and ceiling & wall surfaces.
Inspection Costs
Inspection fees are generally paid at the time of the inspection, usually by check or cash. Some buyers may wish to include the inspection fee into the closing costs and have paid at the property sale closing. Prices may vary according to the size, age and location of the property, but are always competitive.
